1. Return Eligibility:
o Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
o Unstitched fabric may be eligible for return if unused and in original packaging.
o Stitched, customized, and discounted/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Request Procedure:
o Customers must submit a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the order by emailing our support team.
o Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) and photographic evidence may be required.
3. Condition of Items:
o Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging).
o Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process:
o Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.
o Refunds usually take 7–15 business days depending on the bank/payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs:
o Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
o In case of a defect/error, New Fatima Collection will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges:
Customers may request an exchange for a different size or product (if available). Additional shipping charges may apply.
